His mental skills curriculums, leadership programs, team chemistry workshops, and online courses have been used by administrators, athletic directors, coaches, and athletes from all levels of sports.

Zack co-founded the Mental Health and Performance Department at the University of Massachusetts in 2022, providing individual counseling to athletes and coaches while consulting the administration on policies, procedures, and challenges with the current mental health landscape.

Performance isn’t only related to athletics, as developing mental skills such as confidence, emotional regulation, resilience, maintaining motivation, and building relationships can help any individual in any area of life. Zack continues to work in athletics, but also works with businesses who want to improve their employees’ performance, first responders, musicians, and anyone who can utilize mental skills to improve.
